1) 1st time open the games, "messages from Sandboxie" & "fifa.exe - Application Error" will pop out after u selected languages.

2) leave the "messages from Sandboxie" & "fifa.exe - Application Error" untouched & exit the game only

3) reopen the game, voila full screen & enjoy the game :8

FYI, if u press alt+enter, it will not able to switch full screen again so kindly exit the game & relaunch game :
